The hotel and room were so beautiful, wish that we could have stayed for more than just one night. While we didn’t get to use the majority of the services, their availability was impressive and I intend to take full advantage the next time around.

Room was very nice and clean. All the staff we interacted with were exceptional. Had 3 meals at the restaurant and room service once. Food/service were excellent. I would recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to stay again.

Most employees were excellent and always cheerful. Front desk worked with me to get a room with a tub when our original room didn’t have one.

I liked the room; the only thing missing was a fan in the bathroom, which is quite important to have. Everything else was immaculate, tidy, and beautiful. We didn’t eat at the hotel restaurants, but I noticed the beautiful atmosphere. They have an ocean view that gives off a relaxing vibe. The spa was amazing, and we enjoyed the jacuzzi on the 5th level with an ocean view. The gym is the most gorgeous I’ve ever seen, facing the ocean and letting you watch the waves while working out. I can say this hotel was stunning and possibly cheaper than other hotels in the area that don’t offer as much. It's within walking distance to everywhere: the wharf, Cannery Row shops, the aquarium, and the grocery store. The hotel only has valet parking, but it’s safe. Big or lifted trucks won’t fit, but a Jeep would make it.

We ordered room service which came quickly. Also, the beds are very comfortable with the bedding that you use. We wanted to eat at the tides however the menu was so limited, you should offer at least one chicken dish.

Very pleasant atmosphere. Felt welcomed and cozy when we were in for the night. Great location, near food and activities without the need to get our car for getting around. Will definitely stay in the future.

Beautiful facility right on the water's edge. conveniently located near everything. We took advantage of the free bike rental and road bikes everywhere instead of driving. Hot tubs on the roof are amazing.

The location and hotel room were very nice. The restaurants had pretty good food, and the views were outstanding. Most of the staff were very nice and accommodating. I would probably stay here again when returning.

The hotel is beautiful and sparkling clean! Every staff person we encountered was extremely friendly - always with a smile and a hello. The beds were super comfy and our room was spacious. Our room had a Nespresso coffee machine which made delicious frothy coffee - I think I might need one for home now! The views from the lobby and outdoor patio areas are wonderful. Huge expanse of Monterey bay views and a group of sea otters and their pups living in the kelp just off shore of the hotel! The location is perfect. It’s an easy walk to Fisherman’s Wharf and an even easier walk to the shops and restaurants around Cannery Row.
